December 5th, 2000 - Avulsed has postponed the recording of the cover versions of MORBID ANGEL, CARCASS, CANNIBAL CORPSE & SODOM for late January.

The band is planning to record them with the sound engineer of Spain's leading Crossover Metal band HAMLET (kind of spanish version of DEFTONES) as producer in order to get the best possible sound. In the meantime, "Stabwound Orgasm" has sold nearly 8.000 copies worldwide, sales that will increase with the US & Russian versions planned for early 2.001. We must announce, that after being both in DROWNED Prod. & REPULSE Rec. for more than 8 years, AVULSED has signed a two albums deal with Italian label AvantGarde Music!! Yes, believe it or not!! This will give much better possibilities to the band regarding promotion & distribution as well as touring. The band is currently working on new songs for its 3rd full length album due to be recorded in late 2.001 also at german Spacelab Studios.
