After some months of rehearsals (1995), Night To Die recorded its first demo entitled "Who'll Never Know" containing five songs with an excellent sound quality and presentation (full coloured cover, lyrics & photo). The band received very good reviews in magazines, radios, ... After that, a new member called Francisco Rey entered Night To Die as second guitar.
In summer '98, the band entered the studios again to record 3 brand new songs for a MCD called "All evil crying" (released in June 1999) where the flamenco influences are even more noticeable and this recording resulted on a 3 album deal with Repulse Records (besides this MCD). In the last monts the band have played a bunch of gigs with bands like Nightfall (Greece), Jesus Martyr (Argentina), Crucible (USA), Amalthea, Asgaroth, Anatomy of Sadness, Soriben, Disembodied.... |
Night
To Die was formed in 1994 after the split-up of a Thrash metal band called
Tanatorio. At that time, the band was formed by Daniel González
(guitars & vocals), Alejandro Cuiñas (bass & backing vocals)
and Juanma Quintero (drums). 
In
1997, the band recorded a new demo called "At Fireland Depths" including
five tracks. The demo was recorded at La Factoría Studios on 16
digital tracks. The quality sound is excellent and comes with full coloured
cover, lyrics and photo. The first print of 500 copies was sold-out, so
the band decided to do a second press of 350 copies which is already sold
out. The reviews that "At Fireland Depths" have received have been fucking
great !!! The reviews calified their music as Melodic Death Metal with
touches of spanish roots from flamenco music.
